Dowdle & Sons was started in 1996 by Andy & Shelley Dowdle, and incorporated in 1997. Andy served a 4 year plumbing apprenticeship with UA Local 343, and turned out in 1987. He worked in the plumbing industry from 1983 through 1996 for various bay area contractors, concentrating on commercial and industrial construction. He is now a 32 year UA member.
As of 2013, they became signatory with Local 104 and members of SMACNA , and are now doing HVAC work in house. Ben and Dave Gonzalez come from a former north bay HVAC business, and served both service and construction apprenticeships in the HVAC field. They possess a combined total of over 56 years of experience in the HVAC field industry.
