Commercial office buildings have been a mainstay of their practice since Kirksey was founded in 1971. Since then, they’ve built a reputation as team players and office building experts due to their relationships with the commercial real estate community, property and facility managers, contractors, and corporate end users. As a service to their clients, their Annual Construction Cost Update polls leading general contractors on current conditions. This report, coupled with their significant office building experience, has allowed us to develop an expertise in construction costs, benefitting their clients and projects.
Featured Projects
The featured Kirby Collection is a 1,200,000 square foot building completed by Kirksey Architecture in partnership with Keating Kahn Architects. It is a LEED-certified structure designed to bridge the River Oaks and Western University and the downtown business district. The 25-story high-rise features 199 units, two levels of retail space, a 13-story commercial Class-A office tower, and 5 floors of parking space.
